Shipping Policy
Prior to ordering, verify that the name is correct and that all information provided is correct. It will be the responsibility of the customer to pay for additional postage if product is returned. If the product isn't returned and customer wants product they will need to re-order. This is how we are able to keep our prices low for EVERYONE.
We will not be responsible for the replacement product or the cost of shipping to customers who provide the incorrect shipping address. If the incorrect shipping address has been provided you will need to either wait until product is returned to me or place another order for new product.
Domestic Shipping
As it stands now shipping is FREE for all domestic/FPO/APO orders (orders within the US)!
Shipping/Processing Times
Please allow 7-14 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. Within the U.S it takes an average of 6 days for shipping. So in all allow your order 7-21 days including shipping.
The tracking number provided is an internal tracking number provided by USPS. If you have any questions about the status of your order you can take this tracking number to the post office nearest you and have them track it for you.
